Returns

Returns and refunds are only acceptable if the item is deemed faulty. As a print on demand business, we like to keep our wastage to a minimum so we ensure that our garments are created to the highest quality.

Size charts, where applicable are available for each item to ensure correct sizing is selected when purchasing. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing.

For faulty items, this must be presented within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email hello@theprintcrew.com.au with your order number, description of the fault and images showing the fault. Sadly, after this time we will not be able to assist with a refund or replacement. 

Please note we have done extensive testing on our garments to show faults under various circumstances including not caring for the item correctly. If it is deemed the care instructions have not been followed, replacement or refunds will not be accepted.

If an item is deemed faulty, at The Print Crew's discretion we may choose to replace or refund the product. Note, returning items without prior authorisation will not be deemed as an agreed return and the items will be shipped back to you at your cost or donated.
