Please note when designing your item, the quality of the final product is only as good as the quality of the image supplied.

We recommend images of 14x16 inch (image size) 300 DPI (resolution) in PNG format.

We also recommend solid colours only as glow effects and shadowing do not print well.

If an image is not up to print standard we will contact you and try to assist where possible. We may even send you a test print via email to confirm you are ok with the quality of your items.

We do not offer returns or refunds if the print quality isn't as expected due to the image of file we are supplied.

For colour matching, our printed used CMYK colours. This means unfortunately, neon and Fluro colours may not be as vibrant as seen on screen.
