How does it work?

Simply choose your product and upload your design. Once your order has come through, our team will reach out with a proof prior to printing. Once approved, we will print pack and post your order.

What sort of printing is it?

Depending on the item we will use either DTG or DTF printing. Both methods will provide a sharp finish and are printed with eco friendly inks.

How long will it take?

Generally, your item will be posted within 5-7 days however, if you need it sooner, just reach out and we will assist.

I am after something not on your website, can you get it?

We can try! Just reach out via email hello@theprintcrew.com.au and let us know what you need.

How long is shipping?

Shipping throughout Australia generally takes 5-7 business days with Express Shipping 1-3 business days after dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched 1-5 days after they are placed.

If you need your order faster just reach out so we can assist.

Do you offer relabelling?

Yes we do. On most garments we can print a custom neck tag inside the neck to suit your brand.

Can you help with my design?

If you have a design in mind but need some help to execute, we can help. For a small investment, our in house design team can help to bring your idea to life. Depending on the complexity, the cost will vary however as a general idea, most designs to assist with are only $10. This is a one off payment, so once the design is set up, you are good to go. Do you offer drop shipping?

Our print on demand (AKA POD or Drop shipping) services gives you the flexibility to sell your designs without ever having to worry about holding stock or printing your items. That’s right, we print, pack and post your items directly to your customer.

How do I look after my garment?

Care instructions for our items are basic but vital for the longevity of your garments.

We have tried and tested our garments and know they will stand the test of time providing they are cared for correctly.

The Golden rule - COLD WASH ONLY. Washing garments in anything but COLD will impact on the longevity of the prints and yes, we have tested this so we know what it looks like when this hasn't been followed.

OK now we have covered the main rule lets look at a few other things to ensure your prints keep looking fresh into the future.

  • When cold washing, wash them inside out.
  • DO NOT tumble dry, we repeat DO NOT tumble dry. We all know how nice it is to pop on a nice warm jumper in winter straight out of the dryer. You may be cozy but your print will be sad or may not be there at all.
  • Dry inside out in the shade.
  • DO NOT iron over the print.
